EventVow is a Pakistani event planning platform where families find and book verified wedding and event vendors, build a free wedding website with online RSVP, and manage guest lists, budgets, and vendor bookings together. It covers the full Pakistani wedding (Dholki, Mehndi, Barat, Walima) as well as engagements, birthdays, aqeeqas, corporate dinners, and conferences. Vendors reply from their own portal, quotes are itemised per guest, and payments go directly to the vendor; EventVow charges vendors a commission only on confirmed bookings.

Is EventVow free for couples and families?
Yes. The Basic Planner plan is free: one event project, a wedding website with RSVP, guest list, tasks, and a basic budget. Paid plans add unlimited events and guests, vendor booking with itemised quotes, analytics, the Salami ledger, and family permissions. See pricing.
How do vendor bookings work?
You send a booking request for one of your event dates with an opening offer. The vendor confirms, declines, or sends an itemised quote (per-person menu lines, add-ons, tax). You can accept or counter up to three rounds. Payment is made directly to the vendor on the schedule you both agree.
Which cities does EventVow cover?
Vendors are currently listed in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore. Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad are the launch cities; Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan follow.
Can my whole family plan together?
Yes. Invite relatives with roles (organizer, co-organizer, budget, viewer, planner). Everyone sees the same guest list, budget, and timeline, and only the roles you choose can approve spending.
Does the wedding website work for guests without an account?
Yes. Guests open a personal link, see the schedule with maps, dress codes, and timings, and RSVP without signing up. The page also works as a printed-card replacement with a QR code.
